For our client, B&C International in Nunspeet, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller. In this position, you will take a leading role in guiding the other Controllers and you will work closely together with the CFO to ensure the completeness, accuracy and promptness of the financial processes of B&C International. Based on the information obtained from the in-house Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for preparing consolidated monthly and quarterly management reports and reporting to the parent company in the United States. Additionally, you will fulfill an important role in explaining the content of the reports (using relevant dashboards and business insights) and you will be involved in the quarterly forecasting, annual budget and cash planning.

Taking ownership of and coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Ensuring timely and accurate (consolidated) reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including Group Control of Springs Window Fashion, with the goal of providing complete transparency about the company’s performance
Critically reviewing and improving financial processes related to the monthly closing
Implementing internal controls and making necessary improvements in administrative processes
Managing tax reporting and tax fillings for B&C International and its subsidiaries, in collaboration with external advisors
Guiding the annual audit process
Responsible for CapEx Control and Forex Management
Contributing to working capital optimization and cash flow forecasting
Tracking results against LE and budget
Executing various projects, both as requested and on your own initiative

A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or financial field, with a RA qualification being a plus
At least five years of relevant work experience in auditing and/or controlling in a similar environment
Excellent command of the English language in both written and spoken form, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
Expertise in reporting standards, knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
Solid knowledge of internal control and administrative processes
Experience with (international) tax advisors and external audits
Preferably experience with post-merge financial integration activities and with the Lucanet consolidation tool
A critical, analytical mindset and the ability to handle pressure
Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

A competitive salary of €80.000 - €100.000,- per year, depending on earlier derived knowledge and work experiences
