• Reviews and analyzes business results throughout the aparthotels to ensure alignment with the aparthotels financial objectives
• Controlling of balance sheet positions
• Manages the compilation and preparation of the financial statement and first point of contact of the auditors
• Accounting- and audit position papers
• Oversees the local compliance of the international group entities
• Continuous improvement of procedures, systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Risk management and maintaining adequate internal controls in financial function
• Compile, prepare, back-up and analyze various financial reports and statements to provide accurate, timely information to guest, management, corporate and ownership
• Delegate and organize complex projects and establish priorities consistent with department/aparthotel objectives

• Relevant education at university level (RA is a plus)
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience within an accounting role (big 6 or experience in the business)
• Excellent MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, orally and in writing
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Result-oriented, self-starter, decisive
• Theability to perform critical analysis and manage a wide-range of information
