Due to the growth and transition of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. You will be keen to develop and grow within the role and to take on additional challenges and responsibilities as they occur.

Dit zijn jouw werkzaamheden
•    Keeping up to date cash-flow projections in relation to the M&A pipeline and impact on leverage
•    Assisting with liaising with the external Due Diligence teams
•    Actively steer post-merger integration processes
•    Working together with the FP&A team on updating the forecasts and cashflow projections of the group in line with M&A activity 
•    Drafting stress testing and going concern assessments, taking the M&A overlay into account on top of internal budgets
•    Produce reporting and board papers on financing for the M&A pipeline
•    Calculation contingent considerations
•    Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) processes
•    Draft and produce reporting and board papers on impairment testing
• Ad hoc projects as required
Dit breng je mee
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in a relevant role, preferably within a M&A department of an international company, private equity or transaction services at one of the big4
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Financial reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • You’re fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • No rigid nine-to-five mentality
