Corporate Control at KLM is looking for a new EPM Specialist to join the Finance Decision Support department. Do you want to work on the cutting edge of Finance & IT? Do you want to work with the latest EPM technologies? Do you want to be the key link between Finance teams throughout the organization and the new OneStream EPM platform? As a team member of the central EPM Center of Excellence you will focus on the continuous development and optimization of the OneStream EPM platform. This EPM platform is the key tool-kit for the KLM Business Analysts and Controllers and covers different functionalities, like automated budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation to products (e.g routes) and scenario analysis. The platform is currently party live for some departments, with other departments to go live in the coming year. Finally OneStream will become the one-stop shop for everything related to FP&A and performance management.

Creating or designing EPM functionality (e.g. automatic driver based planning, scenario functionalities) for the different KLM departments
Understanding the needs of the business and translating this to EPM solutions, defines priorities (demand management)
Analyzing existing and new planning processes, cost allocation methods and scenario analysis in order to simplify these processes or improve them by means of automation and digitization
Creating as much as possible standard formats for e.g. budget and planning input
Organizing regular meetings with representatives of the business
Training business users to become adaped to the OneStream platform and available functionality
Coordinating and supporting the User Acceptance Tests and GoLive transition

The continuity work will entail:

Coordinating efforts with our third party support partner in Manila
Organizing and managing the Change Advisory Board every month
Participating in user group meeting within KLM Finance
Providing adhoc support and training for OneStream users

You have a good entrepreneurial spirit, you are proactive and takes responsibilities. You analyze in no time to discover where the problem lies. You are eager to learn and can work under pressure and in a changing environment. You are process oriented and have a strong urge for optimization. You are good in making connections and bringing people together.

Also, you have:

A HBO or academic diploma in the field of finance or business
2+ years of experience
Experience with Finance and/or Enterprise Performance Management processes
Experience with EPM platforms, like OneStream (is a pre)
A good understanding of English

The department consists of various teams that offer the full spectrum of decision-support; from data governance/management to data storage and data consumption. The department host a rich variety in functions and people and is a perfect place for finance and data professionals to development themselves and their careers. Your location is Amstelveen.
