• Performing accounting tasks for all of assigned Dutch entities, thereby actively co-operating with (i) the Central Accounting Team in Prague, Czech Republic and (ii) the Group Head of Financial Reporting responsible for consolidation, based in Prague
• Reporting of data packages needed for group consolidation as required by the consolidation team in Prague
• Filing tax returns to Dutch Tax authorities for VAT and CIT, with assistance of the external tax advisory services and the Group tax department (in respect of CIT)
• Managing intercompany loans, including periodically (monthly) calculating debt service charges
• Timely organizing and securing meeting minutes of general meetings for assigned Dutch entities
• Securing purchase orders (PO) for registering and monitoring external expenses in line with budget
• Performing general support tasks in order for Dutch office to be able to function
• Co-operation with colleagues form Legal, Internal Audit, Treasury and/or Investor Relations departments in ad hoc projects
• Reports to the CFO

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both written and orally
• Diligence, flexibility, analytical thinking
• Highly developed written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills; willingness and ability to work in a team

The role is based in Amsterdam, and may involve limited international travel, mainly to Prague.
